Path too long error downloading source files

description

I'm getting numerous "path too long" errors when downloading the .cs files. The root symbol path is C:\Symbols. It doesn't get much shorter than that! Is it possible to shorten the directory structure?

The command line:
netmassdownloader –d c:\windows\Microsoft.NET

Sample output:
Downloading TableDetailsRow.cs
   14 KB 100%
The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.
Downloading EntityStoreSchemaGenerator.cs
   65 KB 100%
The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.

Note that for some files, I get multiple error messages about the path, as if it's trying to store it more than once. Some files displayed the error four or five times (they scrolled off the top before I could copy and paste). Odd.
